Industry Immersion Program
BCI’s industry immersion program provides high schoolers with the opportunity to develop their skills in the construction industry. We provide opportunities for juniors, seniors, and those who have recently graduated.

Co-Op Program
BCI believes that co-op opportunities provide students with invaluable experience in our industry. BCI utilizes 4-6 co-ops per spring, summer and fall semesters in both the KY and Omaha regions.

Apprenticeship Program
The BCI Apprentice program is a four-year program with an OJL (On the Job Learning) requirement supplemented by the required related technical instruction. This program provides training-based mentoring in a variety of work experiences.
